We practice heart-opening postures accompanied by deep breathing to create space, improve posture, and release accumulated tension in the shoulders, neck, and mid-back.


This session invites you to open your chest and breathe more freely, mobilize your spine in all directions, gently strengthen your back and core, release stagnant emotions, and calm your nervous system.
