About this course
Description
A class designed to help you find your inner axis, strengthen your core, and refine your sense of balance.
We start with fluid sequences that engage the legs, pelvis, and spine, then we awaken the core, stabilize the hips, and anchor the supports.
Throughout the session, we explore standing balance, core work, shoulder and spine mobility, and breath/movement coordination to stay stable even in motion.
At the end of the practice, Crow, Pincha, and Sirsasana poses are offered as peak poses.
An ideal class for those who wish to:
feel more stable, gain core strength, refine their balance, and dare to play a little more with inversions, in safety and kindness.
