Description
A flow dedicated to opening and increasing flexibility in the entire lower body: hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, adductors, lower back.
We progressively enter postures to stretch deeply without ever forcing, allowing breath to guide each movement.
This class is ideal if you:
walk, run, dance a lot or spend long hours sitting
We aim to create more space, fluidity, and length in the legs, while maintaining a foundation of stability and gentleness.
