This class is built around postures that strengthen stability and presence, with a particular focus on grounding and engaging the core to help you feel solid and aligned. We alternate progressive openings, accessible balances, and fluid transitions, guided by regular breathing that calms the mind and re-centers energy. Ideal when you feel scattered, tired, or seeking inner stability: you finish calmer, more grounded, with a feeling of quiet strength.
