Inspired by Yin, this relaxing yoga invites you to slow down, breathe, and deeply release tension. Poses are held longer to relax the fascia, open the hips, lower back, chest, and shoulders, and soothe the nervous system. An enveloping, almost meditative practice that helps you achieve deeper sleep, a lasting sense of calm, and a true feeling of inner "reset."
