About this course
Description
A Pilates class focusing on core work, to strengthen deep abdominal muscles, improve control, and develop true stability throughout the body. Through challenging exercises like the Open Leg Rocker, the Boomerang, or the Pull Front, we work on coordination, balance, spinal mobility, and precision of movement. An intense and complete class, ideal for challenging your core, refining your posture, and gaining power without ever losing fluidity.
To intensify the class, ankle weights can be added as an option.
