Description
A Pilates class focused on core work and spinal mobility, to deeply strengthen while gaining fluidity. Through exercises like the Shoulder Bridge, Scissor, or Bicycle, we work on pelvic stability, spinal articulation, coordination, and control. A precise and comprehensive class, ideal for connecting deep abdominal muscles, articulating the spine, and building a stronger, more mobile, and more balanced posture.
To intensify the class, optional ankle weights can be added.
