Description
A Pilates class focused on the core, waist, and glutes to deeply strengthen, stabilize the pelvis, and sculpt the entire body. Through quadruped variations and bridge series, we precisely activate the deep abdominal muscles, obliques, and glutes.
The session helps develop more stability, control, and power in the lower body, while maintaining a true connection to the core. We finish with the Side Bend, an advanced exercise that challenges the lateral chain, balance, core strength, and overall coordination.
An intense and complete class, ideal for strengthening the sides of the body, toning the glutes, and progressing towards a more advanced practice with fluidity and control.
