About this course
Description
In this Pilates class, we will build a strong, stable, and sculpted upper body, while developing comprehensive core strength that supports overall posture. We will also take care of the cervical spine to achieve "properly aligned" shoulders, a more flexible neck, and a strong back.
The upper body and core work together to gain stability, power, and control.
The result: a more toned upper body, a more open posture, more stable shoulders and neck, and deep core strength that is felt throughout the entire body—without impact, but with intensity.
Ideal if you want to:
