Description

A complete and demanding Pilates class, designed to strengthen the entire body and develop true movement power. We work the core, arms, back, legs, and overall stability through advanced exercises such as the Push Up, Rocking, Teaser, and Star.

The session helps to gain strength, balance, and coordination, while maintaining precise attention to alignment, breathing, and control. We also introduce the first steps of the Neck Pull, to deepen the work on the abdominals, spinal articulation, and posture.

An intense class, ideal for challenging the body as a whole, refining movement quality, and feeling real progress in advanced practice.
