About this course
Description
In this Pilates Level 3 class, we focus on deep abs and inversion work to develop an ultra-solid core, a longer line, and, most importantly, pinpoint control.
The session is designed to prepare the body to progress to advanced exercises such as Control Balance and Jackknife. We work on dissociation, balance, placement precision, and the ability to keep the core engaged during transitions for fluid and controlled inversions.
The result is a technical, intense class that sculpts the abdominal muscles, improves postural control, and gives you that feeling of a toned, stable, and light body.
