About this course
Description
In this Pilates class, we focus on the hips to release, strengthen, and stabilize the entire pelvic region. Through precise placement work, we deeply tone the muscles that support the joint: glutes, adductors, psoas, deep rotators, as well as the core, to achieve a more aligned and "held" pelvis.
The session alternates between gentle mobilizations (to create space in the joint) and controlled strengthening (to create stability). The result: freer hips, a more stable pelvis, better posture, and a body that moves with more fluidity and safety.
Ideal if you want to:
