Description
In this gentle stretching class, we will take care of the spine and release accumulated tension in the body.
Through slow movements, deep stretches, and mindful breath work, each segment of the spine is gently mobilized to create more space in the back.
The practice encourages you to slow down, release tension, and regain more flexibility and fluidity throughout the body, while providing a sensation of deep relaxation and lightness.
