Description
In this Pilates Level 3 class, we work on the essential duo: abs + back, to build an ultra-strong core while developing controlled and, above all, protected extension. The goal: strengthen deep core muscles so the back can open up without compression, with a lengthening spine and naturally corrected posture.
We thus prepare the body step by step to discover and integrate the famous Swan Dive with a pedagogical approach: placement, correct amplitude, rhythm, and fluidity.
