Description

A Pilates class focused on the lateral chain, to strengthen the waist, obliques, hips and glutes while working on balance and stability. Through exercises like the Kneeling Side Lift and the Kneeling Side Kick Series, we sculpt the sides of the body, improve pelvic control and create more length in the silhouette. A precise and dynamic class, ideal for strengthening the core in a different way and feeling the entire body connect deeply.

To intensify the class, add optional ankle weights.
