Description
In this Pilates Level 3 class, we explore twists as a powerful and precise tool: refining the waist, strengthening the obliques, stabilizing the pelvis, and restoring a more mobile spine.
Everything is built from the powerhouse (transverse + pelvic floor) with breathing guiding the rotation and a demand for control at each phase. We delve into learning and integrating advanced exercises like Corkscrew, Pepper Grinder, and Twist. We work on fluidity, precise amplitude, and especially the ability to dissociate: rotating the upper body while maintaining a strong core, a long neck, and an organized shoulder girdle.
