Description
A Pilates class focusing on the waist, obliques, and glutes to strengthen the entire lateral chain, stabilize the pelvis, and sculpt the sides of the body. Through precise and progressive work, we activate the core, tone the hips and glutes, and then finish with the introduction of the advanced exercise Side Bend, to challenge balance, core strength, and overall body power.
