Welcome to your program

This program has been designed as a true back-to-school program, to help you bring movement back into your weeks and get back into a regular fitness routine. The goal is to re-energize your body, regain energy, and support you in getting back on track with motivation, structure, and enjoyment.

Each week, you will find 5 classes to practice from Monday to Friday, to establish a simple and effective regularity in your daily life. These sessions will allow you to work your entire body: core, legs, glutes, arms, back, posture, mobility, and flexibility.

On the weekend, you will also find 1 additional class, designed as a more complete moment to take the time to move, breathe, release tension, and extend the benefits of the week.

Back-to-school season is often the ideal time to get back into good habits. This program supports you gradually, without pressure, to help you find a rhythm, reconnect with your body, and feel more toned, more stable, and more aligned in your daily life.

As always, progress at your own pace, adapt the options according to your energy levels for the day, and prioritize consistency over perfection. Back to School is here to help you create a sustainable, motivating, and life-adapted routine.
